NaviTOOFN Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 18, 2026
NaviTOOFN is a venue-discovery and venue-activity platform operated through the V Trips platform. NaviTOOFN helps people discover participating venues, understand venue activity and busy or less-busy periods, find places that fit their interests and social preferences, and make decisions about where and when to go.
This Privacy Policy explains what information NaviTOOFN may collect, how that information is used, how information may be shared with service providers, and the choices available to users.
For privacy questions, data requests, correction requests, or account-deletion requests, contact:

The specific information collected depends on the features the user chooses to use and the permissions the user grants.
NaviTOOFN does not intend to collect information simply because it is technically available from a device.
3. Venue Activity Information
A central function of NaviTOOFN is understanding activity at participating venues.
Venue activity information may include information indicating that a user is interacting with, visiting, or participating at a participating venue.
This information may be used to:
-
Measure activity at participating venues;
-
Calculate busy and less-busy periods;
-
Identify activity patterns by day and time;

Help users determine when a venue may be more or less busy;

Provide social-environment recommendations;
-
Help users discover venues that may better match their preferences; and
-
Provide participating venues with appropriate venue-level activity information.
Where technically possible, venue activity information will be aggregated, de-identified, minimized, or otherwise processed so that venue-level statistics do not unnecessarily reveal an individual’s movements.
4. Social Preferences
Users may voluntarily provide social preferences or characteristics describing the type of environment they prefer.
For example, users may indicate that they prefer:
-
More social environments;
-
Quieter environments;
-
More active or energetic environments;
-
Less crowded environments;
-

Photos;
-
Videos;
-

-
Reviews;
-
Comments;

Users should not submit sensitive personal information through public areas of the platform unless specifically requested for a legitimate platform purpose.
6. Health and Fitness Information
If NaviTOOFN provides features that use health or fitness information, such information may be collected only when the user chooses to use those features and grants the applicable permission.
Health and fitness information may include exercise, activity, movement, or other health-related information provided through supported device or platform APIs.
Health and fitness information will be used only for the purposes disclosed to the user and for providing the associated feature.
NaviTOOFN does not use health or fitness information for unrelated advertising or marketing purposes.

Where payment information is entered directly into a third-party payment processor, NaviTOOFN does not necessarily receive or store the user’s complete payment-card number.
Payment processors handle payment information according to their own privacy policies and applicable requirements.
NaviTOOFN may automatically generate and send invoices, receipts, confirmations, or transaction records to users using the contact information associated with the transaction.

NaviTOOFN does not intend to create a general record of every website a user visits outside the application.
10. Contacts
If a feature requires access to contacts, NaviTOOFN may request permission to access contact information.
Contacts may be used only for the feature for which permission is requested, such as helping a user connect with or invite another person.
NaviTOOFN will not use contact information to create or sell a general-purpose contact database.
Users may deny or withdraw contact access through their device permissions.

Examples may include health information, biometric information, precise location information, or other sensitive information.

15. Location Privacy and Venue-Based Tracking
Location information is an important part of NaviTOOFN’s venue-discovery functionality.
NaviTOOFN may use location information to determine whether a user is interacting with or visiting a participating venue, measure activity at participating venues, calculate busy and less-busy periods, identify activity patterns by day and time, improve venue recommendations, and provide venue and social-environment recommendations.
NaviTOOFN is not intended to maintain a continuous history of a user’s movements throughout Osaka.
NaviTOOFN is specifically designed around participating venues and venue-related functionality.
NaviTOOFN is not intended to maintain a continuous record of:
-
A user’s home location;
-
A user’s workplace;
-
Places outside participating venues;
-
Where the user travels throughout Osaka; or

The user’s general movement history.
Where technically possible, location and venue-activity information will be minimized and processed in a way that reduces unnecessary identification of individual users.
Users may control location permissions through their device settings. Some venue-related functionality may not work correctly if required location permissions are denied.
NaviTOOFN will not require users to provide location access merely to use unrelated features that do not require location information.
